Delivery Information

We now offer a wide range of delivery options including UK Standard and Second class, Click & Collect, European and International. Find the best delivery method to suit your needs below. All UK orders cost

£2.60 first class. £3.60 first class signed.  £5.00 next day delivery. £6.25 next day delivery - Saturday

Second Class £1.90.  Signed for second class £2.50

For furniture and any larger items (weighing over 10kg) - it may be necessary for us to calculate an additional charge post purchase.

We do offer Next day Delivery for items such as clothing, cushions, accessories, stationery, ceramics, jewellery if receipt of order is before 2pm, depending in stock availability.

Please be advised that delivery times might vary depending on stock levels.  Our customer services team will be sure to advise you on expected delivery times depending on your specific order.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

Due to some of the bespoke nature of our products such as handmade ceramics and airplants (which are not shipped on very cold days), increases in seasonal demand and factors beyond our control.  Occasionally there may be times when longer delivery periods will occur.  We will endeavour to inform you of any situation to avoid any disappointment.  

For large items such as lightening, please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch.

Orders placed just before or during a bank holiday will be dispatched 2-3 business days after the next working day.  However we will try our very best to dispatch a lot sooner.

We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.  Weekend and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days. International shipping rates are based on true weight of items and larger items may incur additional charges as sometimes items require specialist delivery services.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your item with us, provided you give us notice any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order.

1. You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to return or exchange your order under the DSRs any time after your order has been placed, up until 7 working days from the day after you received you order. You can email us at  Alternatively you can write to us at:

2. On receipt of your notice of order cancellation or exchange, one of the members customer care team will get in contact to confirm the return and refund amount/item exchange.

3. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

4. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

5. All items must be returned with all tags, in their original condition.

6. We will refund the full value of your order, excluding shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation.

Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene and safety, We are unable to refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty:

• Personal grooming products

• Ladies’ and men ’s underwear

• Hosiery

• Cosmetics and fragrances

• Swimwear

• Hats and hair accessories

• Pillows

• Ben Linen

• Pillows

• Sleepwear


There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping will be charged again for items that were not faulty or wrongly delivered.
